Description
Pestorosso Games is an independent Swiss video game studio based in Geneva. Its mission is to create games that help young people learn in school and acquire social skills such as cooperation and communication.
History
A humble beginningThe Pestorosso Games team started to come together in 2019 around the premise of the game that is now Math Ascension. Initially consisting of 1-2 people, we began to grow during 2020 by recruiting 2D artists. However, volunteer work has its limits and other professional activities eventually led them to leave the team. It's only from the end of 2020 that things really started to fall into place with the progressive arrival of the current studio team.
A steady paceFrom the moment the graphic style was found, the rhythm followed. We gradually learned to work together, mainly from a distance (due to the pandemic). We organized week-ends of work, participated in game jams and we are now at the end of the creation of our very first game Pestorosso Games: Math Ascension.
